FlatSite is online reservation software for RV parks and campgrounds, sold to businesses as a monthly subscription. Each park's booking page is published by that park, which is responsible for its content, prices and reservations.

Using FlatSite is subject to our Terms of Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The FlatSite name, logo, design and software belong to Subhan Ahmad Razaq Razaq (FlatSite). You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Photos, texts and park names shown on booking pages belong to each park or its licensors.

Parks upload their own photos and descriptions. If you believe something on FlatSite infringes your copyright or is illegal, email us at support*@flatsitehq.com with the subject “Content report” and include:

• the link to the page and a description of the content;
• why you believe it is infringing or illegal (for copyright: the work you own);
• your name and contact details;
• a statement that you're acting in good faith and that the information is accurate (for copyright: that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner), with your physical or electronic signature.

We review every report promptly, remove or disable content that infringes, notify the park that published it and let it respond. If the park believes the removal was a mistake, it can send us a counter-notice and we'll handle it as the law provides. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Our designated agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) is the website owner listed above, at the address, phone and email shown there. The same email is our single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act; you can write to us in English or Spanish.

FlatSite may link to other sites (for example, a park's own website or map directions). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but can't guarantee it will be error-free at all times.
